Bejo has crafted a challenging strategy for the future to meet the increasing demand for sustainably produced, high-quality, healthy, and tasty vegetables. Aligned with this strategy, Bejo will expand its Board of Directors by one member. Together with the upcoming retirement of two current board members in 2025, we will soon need a total of three people-oriented Directors with passion for the business.
Positions available
- Country & Sales Director - This key role within the Board reports directly to the Managing Director and leads Bejo's Country & Sales Management organisation.
- Research & Breeding Director - This role is key in fostering a culture of innovation, guaranteeing that the company remains at the forefront by accessing and evaluating the latest research technologies and genetic traits.

The search for the third new board member, the Crop Management Director, will commence shortly. More information about this role will be provided at a later stage.
